Odoomber Tree Capital operates this consultant business unit as a synergistic play to its core business of placing private equity in operating companies.  We seek to increase revenues of potential investee companies before consummating the investment while the investment details, parties, and diligence are being finalized.

Our areas of expertise are as follows:​

[1] Agile Project Management and Scrum Product Ownership 

​

Odoomber managing partners Tapan Bhargave and Peter Perez have direct hands-on experience in their prior careers as Agile Project Managers and as Scrum Product Owners.  For select scenarios, they can take on engagements with firms who aim to initiate and/or scale up their practice of agile project management within a scrum framework.  While we generally take on these scenarios for potential investee companies only, in certain cases where mutual interest-level is high, we may take this on for non-investee companies as well.  A benefit of this: this could segue into a funding infusion if both parties see a mutual fit/need.

[2] Revenue Unlocking

​

At the appropriate time, one of the principals or hired associates of Odoomber Tree Capital would take on the role of an Acting Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), becoming internal to the investee’s operations.  The title depends on what’s best for business optics.

A CRO, as we define it, innovatively diagnoses and then unlocks inherent value and deploys it into new revenue streams while synergizing those streams with each other and scaling existing revenue streams.

[3] Product Marketing and Business Development

 

All managing partners of Odoomber Tree Capital have strong skillsets in this domain.  Peter Perez has a keen eye for product, digital, and enterprise marketing, with a passion for E-Sports and Blockchain.  Ankur Desai has global business development experience.  Tapan Bhargave and Kent Hall have direct experience at the helm of technology startups and scaling them up.  Bob Hughes has decades of experience with direct sales and business development.
