The Saatvik hotel brand, launched by Odoomber Tree Capital, is a unique meld between a Bed and Breakfast (B&B), an Inn, and a retreat hotel.  How so?  As an Inn, the brand carries small-scale hospitable ambience and the architecture of a welcoming homestead.  As a retreat hotel, the brand carries a full spectrum of amenities and services.  And as a B&B, the brand actually has a resident 'host' and/or 'hostess' who not only pays close personal attention to our guests, but who also personally serves as the brand ambassador at each Saatvik location.

For this 'host' component of the brand, we envision personalities who are well-known in their community, or maybe even celebrities -- a "celebrity host"!  They host special events, luncheons, seminars and conferences.  They're also available to facilitate more private, intimate gatherings in a separate 'owners quarters'.  They have something shining about their personalities, and their images and names are figured prominently in each location's marketing collateral.  They hold the frequency of ambience, hospitality and, because they are co-owners of each location, our guests will finally have direct access to owners of a property with whom they can interact (or provide feedback).
